What Happens After You Place an Order

When you place an order with Hello Essentials SA, you’re submitting an order request that we personally review and process on your behalf through Young Living.

Think of us as your personal concierge — we review, coordinate, and handle your order details, from order to delivery. We’re also here to help you learn about your products, answer questions, and support you long after your order arrives.

Here’s how it works:


1. Order review

Once your order is submitted, we carefully review the details to ensure everything is correct, including product availability and enrollment information.

No payment is collected at checkout.


2. Young Living order processing

After review, your order is submitted directly to Young Living using their official ordering system.

The Young Living South Africa team will contact you directly to securely complete payment and finalize your order.

From there, Young Living handles:

  • Product fulfillment

  • Shipping

  • Final order confirmation

We remain involved throughout the process and are happy to support you if any questions come up.

Important pricing note
Prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) for convenience. Final totals are confirmed in USD at the time your Young Living order is processed.


3. Shipping & delivery

Orders ship from the United States to South Africa and typically arrive within about one week.

Customs clearance, duties, and import fees are all handled and paid for on your behalf. We manage the details so your order clears customs smoothly and is delivered directly to your door, without any additional charges due from you.
